Lynne Dunoon

Lynne Dunoon, the Founder and Patron of the Multiple Birth Volunteer Support Foundation, worked from 1997 to 2019 as the MBVS Program Manager developing the program methodology, recruiting and training volunteers and creating links with other community providers to assist families in need. Lynne has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, specialising in staff training and management, and customer service. Lynne has formal qualifications in Social Science (Monash University), undertaken as a mature age student for self-development to assist her to work with the many charitable organisations in which she has been involved over many years. Lynne is married to David with 3 sons, daughter in-laws and 5 grandchildren.

Ann Marie Harli

Ann Marie joined the MBVS committee in 2023 as the new Chairperson. She has an extensive background of work with the Australian Multiple Birth Association, including being the National Chairperson from 2017 – 2019. She was chairperson of the Twins Festival committee for each of the three events, and was also on the Board of the Australian Twin Registry. Ann Marie currently works in Aged Care as a lifestyle coordinator and is the mother of four children, including twins.

Kathy Tepper

Kathy was the first mother to benefit from the Multiple Birth Volunteer Support program after she and her husband Garry and two-year-old daughter welcomed quadruplets into their family in 1997. They were living in northern Victoria at that time and greatly appreciated the support they received. Now living in Melbourne with her grown family, Kathy is keen to help other families needing hands-on help. Kathy’s career has included positions in the Australian public service and primary health network organisations. Kathy has been a member of the Committee of Management since 2016.

Laura Barallon

Laura Barallon is mother to identical triplet boys, who were born in 2014. She was fortunate to use the services provided by MBVS when her triplets were babies, and so understands first-hand the demands of having a multiple birth, and the benefit of having practical assistance. Laura is also a Chartered Accountant. She started her career in external audit at Ernst & Young in Melbourne, worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland for a year whilst living in Edinburgh, and most recently worked in finance at Australia Post. Laura has been on the Committee of Management since 2017.

Doliza-Reyes Bibbs

Doliza is the Manager for the family focused multi-systemic therapy for MacKillop Family Services. She moved to Melbourne in August of 2014 from the United States, where as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, she specialised in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Doliza also holds a Registered Play Therapist/Supervisor (RPT-S) credential with the Association for Play Therapy – USA. Doliza’s commitment to community service led her to volunteer with MVBS as a hands-on helper and then in 2017 she became a Committee of Management member. Doliza is married to Dwight and they have one adult son.

Karen Bowman

Karen has had over 10 years of extensive volunteer experience with many not-for-profit organisations in the community sector, focusing on supporting families and volunteers. She currently coordinates the day-to-day operations of managing our multiple birth families and volunteers. She has been involved with MBVS since 2016, and has been on the Committee of Management since 2017.

Tina Leonard

Tina is a senior commercial lawyer with a focus on the “TMT” industries – technology, media and telecommunications.  She is General Counsel and Head of Commercial at DB Results Pty Ltd, a digital business consulting firm with operations in Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Thailand.  Tina was formerly a director and Chairperson of Destination Melbourne, the cooperative marketing body for the tourism industry in Melbourne and the publisher of the Melbourne Official Visitors Guide. She joined the Committee of Management in early 2019.
